IQIP, the global leader in pile driving and handling equipment, is looking for a Head of Financial Reporting. Together with our 400 colleagues across the globe, we provide smart and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects. Our work extends both at sea, where we contribute to wind farm and oil & gas projects, and on land, where we engage in projects related to bridges and ports. You will be playing a crucial role in overseeing our financial reporting across global operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and leading our digital transformation in financial processes.
Your work
As the Head of Financial Reporting at IQIP, your primary focus will be to oversee the financial reporting across our global operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will play a key role in our digital transformation, leading initiatives to modernize and streamline our financial systems and processes. Your expertise will guide our transition to more sophisticated, digital-first financial practices, aligning with our broader company objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial reporting across all global operations.
- Spearhead the digital transformation of our financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.
- Act as a key liaison with external auditors and advisors.
Your profile
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management, preferably in an accountancy landscape.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and processes in financial reporting.
- Experience in dynamic environments, with a track record of significant impact on global operations.
- Leadership in finance-specific challenges, including ERP system implementation and process digitalization.
