At IQIP, we are transitioning to a new ERP system and need a motivated Working Student to assist in data cleaning and migration. You will receive training on both systems and work closely with our key user to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer. Your Work
As a Working Student in Data Cleaning & Migration, you will play an essential role in preparing, transferring, and validating data to support our ERP transition. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency, making this a key position in the success of our new system implementation.
Your Responsibilities

Assist in cleaning, organizing, and preparing data for migration.

Support in transferring data from the old ERP system to the new one.

Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data.

Work alongside the key user and receive guidance on best practices.

Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy after migration.
Your Profile

Currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Data Management).

Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills.

Basic understanding of databases and data handling.

Proficient in Excel.

Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Available for flexible working hours (3 days per week) with remote work possibilities.
Our Offer

Hourly salary of 15,37 (CAO Metalektro).

Duration of the project is 4 months, start date a.s.a.p.

The majority of the work will be remote. Working at our yard in Sliedrecht is also possible and mandatory from time to time.
