Your work
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be at the heart of designing our advanced offshore installation systems. You will develop mechanical concepts, work closely with hydraulic, structural, and control teams, and follow your design from analysis to commissioning. Your work contributes to tools for applications such as floating wind mooring systems and XL monopile installations.

Your responsibilities

  • Design mechanical systems and components for offshore installation equipment.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated system performance.

  • Take ownership of mechanical designs from concept to testing and commissioning.

  • Perform calculations and FEA to verify mechanical integrity.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and customer specifications.

  • Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering or related.

  • 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in offshore or heavy machinery.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., Solid Edge) and FEA tools.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electric drive systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on approach.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
