Your work
As Sales Manager – Asia, you will be responsible for the rental and sales of high-performance foundation equipment, including Hydrohammers and innovative installation tools. You’ll work closely with engineering, tendering, and operations teams to develop and deliver integrated technical-commercial proposals. Based in Seoul, South Korea, you’ll expand IQIP’s footprint across Asia through client acquisition, account management and business development. Your technical affinity and commercial mindset will be key in strengthening our regional presence and contributing to the global energy transition.
Your responsibilities

Drive rental and sales of installation and handling tools in the Asian market

Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers

Acquire new clients and develop business opportunities

Draft, negotiate and close contracts, with support from internal departments

Attend exhibitions, events, and customer presentations

Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies

Ensure timely reporting on leads, opportunities, and contracts

Travel extensively throughout South Korea and the broader Asia region
Your profile
-
A commercial mindset, driven to making things possible;

Bachelor degree in (technical) business administration or comparable working experience
-
Extensive experience in handling long sales cycles of capital goods. You’ll be experienced in bringing multi-million Euro contracts to conclusion;

Affinity with legal language, and experience drawing up and finalizing contracts;

Ability to take ownership and be flexible;

Self-starting approach and confident to approach others to create the best solutions to meet the needs of the customer;

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. If you speak any other European language, it is a plus but not a must;

Willingness to travel both in South Korea and abroad in the Asia region as you are expected to spend considerable time at customers;
