Our team in Sliedrecht is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Local Engineering team of eight professionals.
In this role, you will work with our own high-quality equipment, designed and built on our own site. You will be closely involved in the technical adaptation of our equipment to new environments. This is a hands-on engineering position where you will see, touch, and refine our equipment. You will interact with technical teams across various departments and external stakeholders, solving challenges and finding innovative solutions. If you are eager to learn, proactive, and enjoy teamwork, this role offers a great environment to grow and develop.
Your Work

Support your team members in their projects with 2D & 3D design and engineering (Solid Edge).

Deliver engineering packages based on company engineering standards, classification rules, and project-specific requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.

Participate in technical meetings with clients.
Your Profile

A passion for technology and contributing to a sustainable world.

A B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.

Some experience as an engineer in a related industry (heavy machinery) is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and English.

A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Affinity and experience with CAD software, preferably Solid Edge.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

A desire to collaborate and learn from Senior Engineers while bringing in your own ideas.
