Your work
As Sales Manager Singapore, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales across Southeast Asia. Based in our Singapore office, you will lead regional commercial activities by identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering technical solutions tailored to each project. You’ll work closely with our global engineering and service teams to offer clients innovative equipment in offshore wind, oil & gas, coastal & civil, and decommissioning markets.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute and expand IQIP’s sales strategy in Southeast Asia

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the region

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in offshore and infrastructure sectors

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity to contract closure

  • Coordinate with engineering and service teams to deliver tailored technical proposals

  • Represent IQIP at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Track market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and input for strategic planning

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of technical or capital equipment, preferably in offshore, maritime, or energy industries

  • Commercially driven with a solid understanding of project-based sales

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore

  • Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia
