Your work
As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers around the world regarding service and spare parts requests for the IQIP equipment  they use. You ensure that our customers order the right parts to continue their operations or be their single point of contact from service request till redelivery.This role combines customer focus with technical knowledge of ourequipment. You work closely with colleagues in service, work preparation, procurement, and logistics.  

Your responsibilities 

  • Prepare proposals for service (maintenance/repair/load testing) and guide the process from order till redelivery of the equipment.  

  • Handle customer requests and provide advice on suitable spare parts and service solutions 

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for spare parts 

  • Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with logistics and procurement teams 

  • Maintain exciting customer relationships and identify commercial opportunities 

  • Contribute to the optimization of spare parts processes and documentation 

  • Signal technical issues and provide feedback to service and engineering departments 

Your profile 

  • MBO+ or HBO level of education, preferably in a technical field 

  • Experience in a service-oriented or technical-commercial role 

  • Strong technical insight and affinity with heavy equipment and machinery 

  • Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills 

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken  

  • Experience with ERP (infor) systems is an advantage
