Your work
As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing tenders for our non-standard,customized equipment offerings. Because of this, knowlegde of the context is very important, more important that the process itself You will work closely with colleagues in cost estimation, concept engineering, production, and procurement to ensure high-quality and competitive bids. Your efforts directly contribute to IQIP’s ability to offer smart, safe, and efficient solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:

Content and process wise lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids

Translate customer requirements into feasible IQIP solutions in collaboration with internal departments

Prepare clear cost calculations, planning, risk insight and quotation documentation
-
Coordinate with sales and management to ensure a competitive approach and pricing
-
Monitor tender progress, ensuring timely submissions of high-quality documentation
-
Act as a central contact point for all tender-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams

Analyse tender feedback and delivered projects to close the learning loop
Your profile
-
Higher education degree, preferably in a technical field. (mechanical engineering)

Knowlegde in heavy equipment

Logical reasoning
-
Experience in tender management, project coordination, or technical sales is preferred

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal teams and external clients
-
A proactive and analytical mindset, capable of handling complex projects
-
Strong organizational skills and a drive to deliver quality results under deadlines
