Your work
As an Inside Sales Representative at IQIP, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales process. You will work closely with our Account Managers, Engineers, and Service teams to respond to customer needs and turn commercial opportunities into concrete results. Based at our headquarters in Sliedrecht, you will play a central role between our clients, technical departments, and the organization, contributing to both local and international projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations based on customer requests and technical specifications

  • Process incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to client questions

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding availability, lead times, and technical input

  • Support Account Managers throughout the commercial process

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on quotes using CRM systems

  • Identify commercial opportunities and contribute ideas to improve the sales process

Your profile

  • MBO+/Bachelor level education, preferably in a commercial or technical field

  • Experience in an inside sales or sales support role, ideally in a technical environment

  • Customer-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems

  • Accurate, independent, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
