Your work
As Inside Sales Officer, you are the technical link between IQIP and our customers when it comes to spare parts. You ensure timely handling of incoming orders, support clients with technical advice, and help optimise their operations by offering tailored solutions. With your technical background and customer-focused approach, you provide reliable and efficient support that contributes directly to the success of our projects.
Your responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for spare parts sales and order intake

Provide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding spare parts

Prepare quotations and follow up on offers

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

Keep customer information and order status up to date in the system

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Identify opportunities for upselling or improving service offerings
Your profile
-
MBO/HBO-level education in a technical or commercial direction
-
Technical knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic systems is a must
-
Experience in a similar inside sales or customer support role is a plus
-
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
-
Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
-
Accurate, structured, and able to handle multiple orders simultaneously

Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor) is an advantage
