Based on IQIP’s extensive industry experience and track record in foundation installation, the VibroLift™ VQ offers offshore developers and contractors highly reliable, safer, more efficient monopile installations.
Innovative design meets proven piling technology
The VibroLift™ VQ seamlessly integrates upending, lifting, and vibratory driving beyond self-stability to optimal pre-installation depth in one continuous operation. From there, monopiles are effortlessly driven to the required target depth using IQIP’s renowned Hydrohammer® IQ-series or EQ-Piling technology. This significantly reduces risks associated with pile run, ensuring optimal stability and operational efficiency.
Engineered for sustainability and efficiency, built for the future
The VibroLift™ VQ’s future-proof scalable design can accommodate increasingly large top diameters for future offshore wind projects. Integrating modular vibration cases into its base frame makes them easily replaceable and shortens the load path from the vibratory force source to the location where the force is needed. The overall number of required powerpacks is reduced, freeing up valuable deck space, as powerpacks are compatible with both VibroLift™ VQ and IQIP’s Hydrohammer® IQ-series or EQ-Piling technology. As the same crew operates both systems, fewer service engineers are needed, significantly lowering labour costs.
The VibroLift™ VQ contributes to sustainability by reducing CO₂ emissions, minimizing underwater noise, and protecting marine life. The streamlined logistics of working with a single expert provider further simplify the installation process from planning through execution.
