Your work
As a Rental Asset Coordinator, you are the key link between data, reliability, and performance of our global rental fleet. You will manage and improve the asset data and maintenance planning in our ERP system, ensuring all equipment is ready for deployment at any time. You coordinate maintenance activities, track performance, and manage the lifecycle of high-value rental assets. In addition, you lead new investment projects for rental equipment—defining requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery. Your role directly supports operational excellence, equipment reliability, and global project success.
Your responsibilities
- 
Maintain all rental asset data in the ERP system (INFOR), including specifications, locations, and maintenance history
 - 
Classify and document assets based on criticality, usage, and lifecycle stage
 - 
Develop and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans
 - 
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams and external service providers
 - 
Monitor maintenance progress, report deviations, and ensure follow-up
 - 
Identify recurring technical issues and drive continuous improvements
 - 
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance within the ERP system
 - 
Generate reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and inspection results
 - 
Support audits and regulatory inspections with up-to-date documentation
 - 
Act as project manager for new rental asset investments, managing scope, timeline, and budget (up to €10 million)
 - 
Collaborate closely with technical teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
 
Your profile
- 
Higher vocational education / bachelor’s degree
 - 
Over 5 years of experience in asset management and maintenance planning
 - 
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably INFOR)
 - 
Analytical and structured way of working with high attention to detail
 - 
Experience with project management and stakeholder coordination
 - 
Able to work independently and take ownership of processes
 - 
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
 - 
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and certification standards
