Your work
As an HR Business Partner, you will support our company with guidance on HR matters. Your role will be on our day to day operations and taking lead in our company wide projects. These projects will aligning our overal strategy with people objectives. Examples of upcoming proiect are; further development of our learning program, succesion management.

Your Responsibilities:

HR Partnership: Support managers and employees in executing HR strategy and achieving business goals.

Employee Relations: Provide advice on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices.

HR Excellence: Active involvement in company wide projects (as mentioned above)

Performance Management: Guide performance management, apprasials and development processes.

Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent development and retention.
Your profile
-
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience in HR roles with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a comparable industry, with a strong focus on business partnering.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement
Our offer:

Monthly salary depending on level and expertise (CAO Metalektro).

8% holiday allowance, paid annually.
