Your work
As Legal Counsel at IQIP, you are part of a compact and dynamic legal team that supports all departments within IQIP and its international subsidiaries. You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate legal matters. This role provides the opportunity to work independently, make a tangible impact across various business units, and support IQIP’s global operations in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities

Manage and prioritise requests for legal support from the various international IQIP business units and from departments such as procurement and project management

Review and comment on contracts with high financial and operational impact, e.g. rental, sale and confidentiality agreements and participate in and steer negotiations

Provide clear legal advice to safeguard IQIP’s interests and ensure contractual alignment with business goals

Monitor and advise on compliance and corporate governance developments for IQIP’s global operations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal templates and processes

Support subsidiaries with legal matters and contract management
Your profile

Completed higher educational degree in law (LL.M.), preferably in Dutch law
-
Demonstrated experience in a legal counsel or similar role, ideally in the offshore, industrial or capital-intensive sector

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess risks and opportunities effectively

Confident and proactive communicator who can provide guidance and challenge constructively when needed

Fluent in Dutch and near-native in English, especially in a legal and contractual context

Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week

Salary indication: €5,500.- – €7,500.- gross per month.
