Your work
As Sales Manager Asia, based in Tokyo, you will be responsible for expanding IQIP’s commercial footprint in the region. You will lead customer relations and sales efforts for projects involving our advanced offshore and foundation equipment. Working closely with technical and service teams, you will identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate commercial agreements. Your focus will be on strategic growth across markets such as Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Coastal & Civil, and Decommissioning throughout Asia.
Your responsibilities

Lead and execute the regional sales strategy for Asia, focused on key infrastructure and offshore markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing

Collaborate with engineering and service departments to offer customized technical solutions

Represent IQIP at industry events and exhibitions across the region

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in offshore, maritime, or heavy equipment sectors

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in an international and multicultural setting

Strong understanding of technical sales processes and project-based sales cycles

Fluent in English; Japanese or other Asian language skills are a strong advantage

Based in Tokyo or willing to relocate

Willingness to travel frequently across the region
