Your work
As Sales Manager Europe, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow our current business across the European region. Your strong commercial mindset and technical affinity enable you to understand client needs and match them with IQIP’s high-quality products and solutions. You will work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across Europe

  • Identify new business opportunities within the current client base (farmer profile)

  • Follow up on ongoing and completed projects to ensure client satisfaction

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management, service) to align on solutions and delivery

  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Represent IQIP at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities in your region

Your profile

  • Proven experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in offshore, marine, or heavy equipment industries

  • Strong farmer sales profile: relationship-oriented and focused on developing existing accounts

  • Technical background or affinity is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive, hands-on, and customer-oriented approach

  • Ability to travel regularly within Europe

  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
