Your work
As Tender Manager at IQIP, you are responsible for managing the full tender process for multidisciplinary projects in offshore wind, oil & gas, coastal & civil, and decommissioning markets. You lead cross-functional teams to develop competitive and technically sound tender proposals. Your ability to coordinate commercial, technical, legal, and strategic elements ensures timely and high-quality submissions that align with customer needs and company goals. You play a key role in winning impactful projects worldwide.
our responsibilities

Manage the complete tender process from initial request to submission

Analyse tender documents and customer requirements

Coordinate input from sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams

Develop tender strategies, planning, and risk assessments

Prepare technical and commercial proposals and ensure timely delivery

Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders and customer representatives during tenders

Lead tender reviews and approval processes

Contribute to continuous improvement of tender procedures and tools
Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management or project coordination, preferably in offshore, maritime, or infrastructure sectors

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Experience with multidisciplinary project tenders and contract requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

Ability to lead teams under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded
