At IQIP, the global market leader in pile driving and installation equipment we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team. With 350 colleagues globally, we work on smart solutions within the Offshore Wind, Coastal & Civil, Decommissioning and Oil & Gas markets to make the world greener. Our Finance department, consisting of 10 people plays a key role in the smooth running of our business and is responsible for all financial operations globally.
As our Treasurer & Credit Controller you will be first and foremost responsible for dunning processes towards our customers and communication with credit insurers and secondly the treasury of IQIP. The treasury activities are, with the growing independence of IQIP from its parent, transferring into the IQIP operations.
Besides above mentioned you will:
- Maintain credit limits of customers and obtain credit lines for new customers
- Keep credit lines up to date
- Perform dunning actions on overdue customers
- Prepare the weekly cash overviews
- Prepare together with the financial controllers the monthly cash forecast
- Maintain the bank documentation
- Handle recording of banks and coordinating bank guarantees
- Transfer the treasury activities from the IHC treasury department into the IQIP organization
- Handle insurance related questions: coordinate the different insurance policies of IQIP with the CFO and business stakeholders and ensure timely registrations, internal and external communication besides supporting the business in execution of claims
To be successful in this role you have:
- A completed higher educational diploma, preferably in Finance or Business Administration
- Substantial experience in a similar function with focus on credit operations
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to avoid administrative mistakes
- Professional level English and Dutch language skills
- A drive to work independently, with the support of a team. You’ll find handling a varied workload no issue and can keep overview of different streams of information
The salary range for this role is EUR 3350 – 4000/month based on full time work, depending on experience and seniority.
