As Sales Manager at IQIP in Perth, you will play an important role in expanding our presence in Australia. You will focus on the markets where IQIP is active: Offshore Wind, Coastal & Civil, Oil & Gas, and Decommissioning. With an established install base and office (to be) in Perth, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. Operating in a challenging and rewarding environment. Your work
In this commercial role, you will represent IQIP’s full portfolio in the Australian market. Your primary focus will be on building and converting a healthy sales pipeline across various industries. Offshore wind is an emerging market in the region, expected to develop further toward 2030, so your daily focus (80%) will be on other sectors where IQIP is already active. With a strong foundation in Oil & Gas, Coastal & Civil and Decommissioning, you will identify and develop long-term business opportunities. You will regularly travel across the region and meet with clients to develop and maintain key relationships.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop and manage client relationships across all IQIP markets

Drive business growth by identifying and converting opportunities to sales

Visit clients, attend industry events, and maintain close contact with stakeholders across the australian market

Evaluate opportunities critically, considering pricing and feasibility

Work closely with internal teams to offer tailored solutions

Report on market developments and contribute to strategic planning

Travel across the country as needed
Your profile

Experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in heavy industry, infrastructure, or energy sectors

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to grow business and secure new projects

Comfortable with longer sales cycles and project-based deals

Willing to travel and maintain a strong client presence

Self-starting, proactive, and result-oriented

Based in or near Perth and available for office-based work

Fluency in English; technical understanding is an advantage but not essential

Bachelor level education or similar through experience
Our offer:

Yearly salary: AUD 130,000 – 160,000 depending on level and expertise
