IQIP recently completed a successful on-site commissioning and assembly of the Hydrohammer S350 in collaboration with RAWABI Specialized Contracting. This critical milestone was supported by an experienced IQIP service engineer who was present on-site to ensure smooth installation, as well as provide hands-on guidance throughout the process.
The project began with a thorough equipment inspection, ensuring that all components were in peak condition for operation. With precision critical to the success of the project, pile and sleeve measurements were meticulously taken to guarantee proper alignment, followed by the assembly and secure connection of the sleeve to the hammer using a torque wrench. Each of these steps demanded strict attention to detail, as even minor discrepancies could affect overall performance.
One of the key challenges during this process was conducting pressure testing of the hammer’s components, including the P, R, and accumulators. This ensured the hammer’s reliability and readiness for the demanding tasks ahead. Once the assembly was completed, two test piles were successfully driven, confirming the hammer’s ability to deliver consistent, powerful performance in real-world conditions.
IQIP’s commitment to 24/7 support and a service engineer on-site provided valuable troubleshooting and expertise throughout the commissioning phase. The IQIP team’s ability to resolve any challenges promptly allowed the project to move forward without delays, ensuring operational readiness. This level of support is a key part of IQIP’s service offering, which extends beyond installation to include continuous assistance through maintenance and operational support.
