"CSBC-DEME Offshore Engineering's vessel 'Green Jade' installed the 84th pin pile at Hai Long Offshore Wind farm project. Using IQ2 Hydrohammer® with PULSE, it achieved noise reduction and effective penetration.

We are proud of the noise reduction at the He Dreiht offshore wind project, achieved with the IQIP Noise Mitigation System (NMS) and PULSE®. Our technology surpasses industry standards, promoting sustainable installation and environmental care.

After a construction period spanning 16 months, the NMS-T-10000 was loaded out onto a barge on March 22nd, preparing it for transportation to the EnBW He Dreiht offshore wind farm. This project set sail over two years ago, initiating with the engineering phase and culminating in the recent completion of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Recently, we have been enjoying an unobstructed view of our almost completed NMS-T-10000 after it got rid of the scaffolds.

On February 6, we successfully completed and delivered two locally build Transition Piece Lifting Tools (TPLT) to our customer PTSC in Vietnam.

Construction of our new NMS-T-10000 is making good progress at the yard of Heerema Fabrication Group in Flushing, the Netherlands. In the coming weeks, the last three sections (of eight in total) will be delivered in Flushing for further assembly.

Following the successful delivery of 84 JPGs in 2020 for a Taiwanese wind project, IQIP is proud to announce a new order for 219 Jacket Pile Grippers. To support the global energy transition another wind farm in 2024 will be built at 50 km off the coast of Changhua in Taiwan. 73 Offshore Wind 3-legged jacket foundations will be installed, of which these JPGs form a substantial part.

IQIP's newest Hydrohammer® IQ6 with PULSE® has been loaded out from IQIP's yard in Sliedrecht and is on its way to Godewind 3 and Borkum Riffgrund 3 to contribute to the foundation installation of the wind farms. During these projects, the IQ6 will make its debut and showcase its power for the first time in real life.

Capable of upending and lifting the biggest monopiles in the world, the Flanged Pile Upending Tool (FPUT) 2450t is just one of several super-sized tools developed by IQIP to cater for the installation of increasingly larger offshore wind turbines. With the previous FPUT models offering a maximum lifting capacity of 1200t and 1600t, this FPUT 2450t is a significant expansion to IQIP’s innovative range of handling equipment. 

Off the coast at Nyuzen town of Toyama Prefecture, the construction of Japan’s first 100% private-sector offshore wind power generation is being constructed. To supported our client, IQIP mobilized a range of IQIP equipment, including an S-2000 hammer spread with a Flanged Upending Tool (750t FPUT) and Pile Guiding Tool (PGT). This equipment successfully installed the monopiles of over 51-meter length and 5.5 outside diameter.

IQIP will exhibit at this year’s global offshore wind event at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark from 25 to 27 April.
